Donald Rainwater To Lead Rally Against State Of Emergency Orders

 2020 Libertarian Governor candidate Donald Rainwater is leading a rally against the state of emergency in Indiana. The group wants to end Governor Eric Holcomb’s repeated emergency declarations as COVID-19 continues to spread in the state. 

Donald Rainwater believes that the general public in Indiana is being stripped of their basic freedoms from Holcomb's state of emergency declarations.
