QAnon Shaman Is Sentenced To Over 3 years For Capitol Riot

 

Jacob Chansley who goes by the name QAnon Shaman has been sentenced to 41 months in jail for his role in the Capitol Riot. Chansley was also order to pay $2,000 in restitution. 

Prosecutors viewed QAnon Shaman as the face of the Riot. He was one of the first people to breach the Capitol building and used a bullhorn to rally up the crowd. He was also notable for wearing a furry horned hat with face paint and a large spear. 

Over 600 Capitol rioters have be prosecuted while 120 of them pleaded guilty to various charges.
